In accordance with Section 3.3 (a) of the Town Charter, a Special Meeting of the Town Council will be held as follows:

The purpose of the meeting is to meet in Executive Session with the town’s Planning and Zoning Commission regarding pending litigation: The Masters Club, LLC v. Town of East Hartford and Pitkin St. Entertainment, LLC v the Town of East Hartford and Gary Zalucki, in his official capacity as Zoning Enforcement Officer for the Town of East Hartford.
