COMMISSION ON SERVICES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
MEETING
Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at 5:30 p.m.

1. Meeting was called to order at 5:35 p.m.
2. Roll Call
Present: B. Gaudette, Chair, F. Schroeter, M. Beaulier, V. Chair, B. Corona, F. Ingallinara
Absent: A. Gould, M. St. Peter, V. Lynch,
3. Approval of Minutes - minutes of last meeting approved with corrections.
4. Old Business
- Books – V. Lynch absent. Members wish the chair to speak to the Mayor and or M. Lynn to find out status and attendance of members.
5. New Business
- Annual picnic - May 27, 2010?
- It was discussed and approved that the Commission would do 15 Thanksgiving bags without gift cards, but still dessert items November 23 at 5:30 for next
meeting.
- Motion to pay clerk. B. Corona seconded by F. Schroeter to pay the clerk. Motion carried.
6 Adjournment: Motion to adjourn by M. Beaulier seconded by F. Schroeter to adjourn meeting. Meeting adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
