COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
Request For Project Proposals
36th Program Year
September 1, 2010 - August 31, 2011
The Grants Administration Office is seeking proposals from social service agencies and non-profit organizations for public service projects which could be funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program beginning in September of 2010. Proposals must be submitted on an application form prescribed by the Grants Administration Office, and available by calling (860) 291-7364. A proposed project must offer a new service or a quantifiable increase in the level of a service, and must demonstrate how it would benefit low and moderate income residents of East Hartford.
Completed applications should be mailed to the Grants Administration Office at 740 Main Street, East Hartford, CT 06108. All applications must be received by 4:30 PM on Friday, January 22, 2010.
