TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
In accordance with Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, the Town of East Hartford’s Grants Administration Office does hereby notify the residents of East Hartford of revisions to the 35th Year (2009-2010) Action Plan as follows:
Reprogramming of a total of $159,815 from the 35th Program Year Commercial Rehabilitation account to a Streetscape account. Funds will be used for improvements to sidewalks in low- to moderate-income areas throughout town.
Comments regarding this proposed revision should be directed to the Grants Administration Office, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, CT, 06108 or by calling 291-7364 (TTY users call Relay Connecticut [RCT] toll free 1-800-842-9710 or 7-1-1 and a Communication Assistant will dial requested phone number), Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Comments will be received until 4:30 PM on Thursday, December 3, 2009. The aforementioned revision will be presented to the East Hartford Town Council for approval at a public meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2009, at 7:30 PM in the Town Hall, 740 Main Street.
