Identification for children
Residents ages 7-15 must possess a Town Photo I.D. Card, current EHMS or EHHS student photo I.D. to gain admittance to
any Dept. sponsored activity or facility. Town I.D cards must be obtained from the Parks & Recreation Office. Office hours are
listed above. Cost is $6.00. The I.D. is valid for three years. Please bring proof of child’s residency: report card with Parent’s
Drivers License (Parents last name must match or additional proof may be required).

Over 16 must show School I.D. or DMV I.D.

Registration Information
All programs in this brochure are open for registration beginning September 5, 2009, unless otherwise specified. The Parks
and Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements.
Registration must be done in advance. In order to insure the continuance of each program, registrations must be made at
least one week before the start of the program unless otherwise indicated. Instructors who wish to teach in their field may contact
Dianne Mailloux the Recreation Supervisor.
Some programs allow for non-residents to participate. Please check specific programs for starting dates, fees and details.
