Pilates with Eliza’s Energy Source
Pilates blends strength, flexibility and balance exercises to improve posture and unite mind and body. This mat-based program creatively combines Yoga, Dance Therapy, and Traditional Floor Exercises focusing on strengthening and toning the abdomen and back. Emphasis is on correct form and movement while using the mind to control the body. Participants must bring a mat and 10-inch play ball. (weights, tubes and bands are optional). Instructed by Eliza Kearse-Westberry and her Energy Source Team.
