Pilates with Eliza’s Energy Source
Pilates blends strength, flexibility and balance exercises to improve posture and unite mind and body. Emphasis is on correct form and movement while using the mind to control the body. Participants must bring a mat and 10-inch play ball. (weights, tubes and bands are optional). Instructed by Eliza Kearse-Westberry and her Energy Source Team.
Location: CCC Lower Gym.
Time: 7:15-8:00 PM. Days: Tue. & Thur.
