UConn Women's Basketball Maggie Dixon Classic
Sunday, Dec. 19 at Madison Square Garden. UConn meets Ohio State University in the second game of a doubleheader that will feature Rutgers vs. Texas A&M at noon. Trip includes free time before the game in NYC to enjoy the festive holiday atmosphere or take in the first game.

Important Information
- All trips require payment in full at the time of registration.
- Each trip includes deluxe motorcoach transportation and game ticket.
- An adult must accompany anyone under the age of 18.
- Seating on the motorcoach and at each game is assigned. If you wish to be seated next other people in your party, you must indicate this preference on the registration form.
- Names of guests must be included with registrations.
- A complete name is required for all registrants.
- The Parks & recreation Department will issue NO REFUNDS unless a trip is cancelled. Games that are postponed due to rain and made up on a different date will not be refunded.
- Smoking is prohibited on the motorcoaches. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the motorcoaches.
- All trips are via deluxe motor coach.
- Trip prices are per person unless otherwise stated and do not include driver gratuity unless stated.
- Departure for East Hartford will be 30 minutes after the conclusion of each game. Passengers are responsible for returning to the motorcoach on time. If you are late returning to the motorcoach, be prepared to arrange for your return to East Hartford.
- Please note that game times could be subject to change by Major League Baseball. For games listed with TBD (To Be Determined) the start time has not been officially released by the Boston Red Sox or Major League Baseball. There will be NO REFUNDS if the game time, when announced, is later or earlier than desired by any registrant.
Registrations may be made in person or by phone at the Parks and Recreation office located at the Community Cultural Center, 50 Chapman Place, East Hartford, CT 06108. Mail-in registrations will be accepted, if space is available, in addition to walk-ins or phone-ins. Checks are to be made payable to THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD. Credit card payments (VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER) may be made over the phone at 860-291-7160. There will be a 2.45% convenience fee added to Master Card and Discover card users.

The Town of East Hartford Park & Recreation Department Trip involves a variety of physical activities and there is an element of risk involved, which each participant must assume (including injury, disability or death). I affirm that my health is adequate and that I am not under a physician’s care for any undisclosed condition that bears upon my fitness to participate in the Trip. The undersigned hereby agrees:
1. I fully assume all risks associated with utilization of and participation in the trip(s) listed above and agree not to sue and hereby release the Town of East Hartford, its agents, servants, employees, volunteers, elected officials boards and commissions (collectively “The Town”), from all liability should an injury to me or listed participant occur during participation in the said trip(s).
2. I, for myself and for my heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives, agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Town, from any and all claims, suits or demands by anyone arising from my use of OR participation in THE TRIP.
3. If I am a parent or guardian signing on behalf of a child or ward, I make these representations and agreements on behalf of My child or ward.
4. I give permission to the Parks & Recreation Department to use any photo or video taken during participation for promotional materials.
