The MIS/Support Services primary function is to provide overall computer support for the Public Safety's computer systems. This includes a number of hardware and software applications being used by both the Police and Fire Departments. The daily operation, maintenance, backup, training, and problem resolutions are handled by the members of this unit. Personnel from this section also support a number of townwide technology initiatives. NCIC/Collect computer support services are also provided.
