*** Kunta Soyini, date of birth 09/08/1978, of 140 Russ Street, Hartford, arrested and charged with: Criminal Attempt to Robbery 2nd; Criminal Attempt to Larceny 6th; Conspiracy to Robbery 2nd; Conspiracy to Larceny 6th; Reckless Endangerment; Interfering with an officer; Breach of Peace; Reckless Driving; Failure to Bring Motor Vehicle to Full Stop When Signaled; Suspended Registration. BOND SET @ $ 100,000.00
Both still in Police custody and will be arraigned at GA-12 Manchester Superior Court on Monday.
East Harford Police Investigators seeking a third suspect in this case. An arrest is expected.
